Eligibility: You must be at least 15 years old to participate in any Croftfit Academy programs or services. If you are under 15, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.
Registration: To participate in our programs, you must register with Croftfit Academy and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information.
Health and Fitness: You represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and able to participate in the bootcamp programs. We recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Croftfit Academy is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during participation in our programs or events.

2. Services and Fees

Program Fees: The fees for our bootcamp programs and services are listed on our website or communicated during registration. By signing up for a program, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Terms: Payment for services can be made through the accepted payment methods provided during registration. Payment must be received before the start of any class or program unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided only under specific circumstances, such as a cancellation of the program by Croftfit Academy or medical reasons (with appropriate documentation). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us in advance to inquire about available options.

3. Code of Conduct

Respect and Safety: All participants must treat others with respect and behave in a manner that promotes a positive and safe environment. Croftfit Academy reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant who engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.
No Harassment or Discrimination: Croftfit Academy has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour. Any violation of this policy may result in removal from our programs without a refund.

4. Photos and Videos

Consent to Use: By participating in our bootcamp programs and events, you agree to allow Croftfit Academy to take photos and videos of you during the sessions. These may be used for marketing, promotional materials, and on our website or social media platforms.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing prior to attending any session, and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from such media.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Program Cancellations: Croftfit Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, program, or event due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrolment or instructor availability. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and may be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.
Participant Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your participation, please notify Croftfit Academy at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame may be eligible for a credit or rescheduled class. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within the specified time.

6. Liability Waiver and Indemnification

By participating in Croftfit Academy programs, you agree to waive any claims against Croftfit Academy, its employees, instructors, or affiliates, arising from personal injury, loss, or damage during participation. You agree to indemnify and hold Croftfit Academy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses related to your participation in our programs.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content: All content created by Croftfit Academy, including logos, website design, photos, videos, and instructional materials, are owned by Croftfit Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from Croftfit Academy.
Use of Materials: Croftfit Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
